The newest and proud owners, Chef Peter Tindall and his lovely wife and business Partner, Danielle Tindall have always dreamed of owning their own restaurant.
Though they live very busy lives, they were able to make this dream a reality in the Summer of 2014, where they were able to purchase the restaurant from the existing owner – Danielle. Not only was the restaurant a great fit for the Chef’s vision – but it wouldn’t even require a name change!
Dani’s Bistro offers delicious, hearty and (for the most part) healthy fare, fused with local flavours and produce. Paired perfectly with VQA wines, Dani’s Bistro is the perfect spot for date night, a business meeting, small gathering, or a cozy place to grab a drink after a show.
