Dani's Bistro is chef owned and operated by Pete Tindall and his wife Dani. Our menu changes seasonally to ensure only the freshest of ingredients, many locally grown. We are so proud to offer a menu that is house made from breads to sauces to pastas. Nothing tastes better than from scratch.

Chef Pete started his adventures in cooking at the age of 15. He did his culinary studies at Niagara College. Before becoming owner of Dani's Bistro, he worked at some of the most renowned fine dining restaurants of our region. Dani is a primary school teacher, but you can sometimes find her serving tables in the summer or busy show nights. Together they have 3 young children: Sam, Sophie and Charlotte.
